Job Title: Front Desk Coordinator

At Crown, we are seeking a highly organized and welcoming Front Desk Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for employees, visitors, and potential clients, providing a warm and professional welcome to our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To greet all visitors promptly and complete all related security procedures.
  • To monitor and respond to the information inbox and liaise with colleagues as appropriate.
  • To assist with the collation and circulation of brochures, other publications, and marketing materials.
  • To manage incoming deliveries of mail and supplies and arrange collection by traders and staff.
  • To take messages, direct calls, and provide information in a warm and confident manner.
  • To escort guests to appropriate meeting rooms when requested.
  • To assist other departments with ad-hoc tasks, including post, photocopying, document collation, typing, laminating, and booking of meeting rooms.

Person Specification:

  • Experience in a busy customer-focused service role would be beneficial.
  • Good basic education with GCSEs (or the equivalent) including English and Maths.
  • Courteous telephone manner and the ability to reply promptly to email enquiries.
  • Multi-tasker who can work well under pressure and uses initiative.
  • Good Microsoft office skills.

The successful candidate will need to be presentable, have great people skills, and be friendly and polite.

Vacancy Details:

  • Hours of Work: Monday to Thursday – 08:00am to 16:30pm with 1-hour lunch break, Friday – 08:00am to 16:00pm with 1-hour lunch break.
  • Holidays: 25 days holiday.
