The Acute and Integrated Therapy teams provide services across inpatient, outpatient and community contexts for the population of Swindon and surrounding areas. We are looking for an exceptional person who can work with the leadership team to drive our services forward and ensure that we are delivering high quality, consistent and efficient care and reflecting that through meaningful data and reporting.
Main duties of the job
- To manage the effectiveness and efficiency of the designated specialties within the Division, ensuring the relevant standards are achieved.
- To monitor the operational performance of the department, escalating issues where appropriate. This may involve the analysis and interpretation of complex facts or situations and may involve the comparison of a range of options.
- In collaboration with the Head of Acute and Head of Integrated Therapies, ensure all relevant performance indicators and national standards are achieved to deliver a high quality, effective service, where patient experience and patient safety is central.
- Compile reports and statistical information in line with the Trust's reporting framework.
- Provide detailed feedback of performance from a variety of information systems at Trust wide and monthly performance meetings.
- To support with data entry and lead data validation e.g. National benchmarking.
