Role Overview
Lydiard Hotel & Conference Centre is seeking a motivated and adaptable Hotel Operations Manager to become part of our esteemed team.
Key Responsibilities
Your role will involve ensuring the seamless execution of daily operations, delivering an exceptional experience for all guests and users. Specific duties will include:
- Overseeing daily operations and supervising front-of-house personnel.
- Managing guest services and alcohol licensing.
- Coordinating function room transitions and staff scheduling.
- Collaborating with various departments to ensure cohesive operations.
Your strong customer service skills will make you an invaluable asset to our team. With your expertise in licensing laws, you will assist the Designated Premises Supervisor in managing health and safety regulations and conducting risk assessments, as well as supporting our events team with event management tasks.
Work Schedule
This position requires a commitment to weekend shifts, late-night hours, and a 5 over 7 work pattern.
Qualifications
Previous experience in hotel management, hospitality, or customer service is essential. Candidates must possess fluency in English to effectively perform in a customer-facing role.
