This esteemed retailer is currently seeking a highly skilled Store Manager to drive sales performance and maximize profitability through effective management of staff, inventory, and operational expenses.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales Performance: Ensure sales targets are achieved within the allocated budget.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor, collect, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
- Customer Loyalty: Build customer loyalty by encouraging repeat business and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, coach, and motivate staff to ensure retention.
- Staff Performance Management: Measure staff performance and manage disciplinary, capability, and attendance issues.
- Staff Scheduling: Schedule staff efficiently within the payroll budget.
- Stock Management: Manage stock levels and make key decisions regarding stock control.
- Loss Prevention: Accurately price products displayed on the shop floor and minimize losses to meet the company's shrinkage target.
- Operational Compliance: Ensure compliance with company operational policies and procedures, including cash handling, opening, and closing, and health and safety.
- Store Appearance: Ensure the store is clean and visually appealing to create a customer-friendly environment.
- Promotions and Visual Merchandising: Ensure thorough preparation of promotions and suggest visual merchandising adjustments to suit the local customer profile.
- Reporting: Report directly to the Area Manager.
- Experience: Ideally having 2 years' + experience as Store, Deputy, or Assistant Manager within premium or luxury retail.
- Background: Having worked in high-profile stores or new store openings would be desirable.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in computer skills, with competent use of Microsoft Office.
- Physical Demands: Physically fit, with stock areas requiring constant bending and frequent lifting of product up to 15 Kg.
- Flexibility: This is based in the Outlet, so you must be able to be flexible on working times between 10am - 8pm.
- Monthly Bonus: Monthly bonus on average if the store hits target.
- Working Hours: Working hours - Per Week 40 hours (over any 5 days).
