Launched in 2019, The Other House is a joint venture partnership between London Central Portfolio (LCP), leading real estate investment advisory in Prime Central London and APG, the largest pension provider in the Netherlands.

Role: Guest Services Assistant.

Starting Salary: Upto 28K. Set increase after probabtion to 30K per annum

Working Hours: average of 42 per week based on a 4 day on 4 day off schedule.

The Other House are looking for a dynamic and energetic Guest Services Assistant (we call this role a House Jack), a jack of all hospitality trades, who has a passion for delivering impeccable experiences across all areas of the House, serving a mix of residents, members and guests. This individual needs to have a creative mindset, great guest service skills and a passion for creating memorable moments through flawless attention to details and personalised resident/member service. We are looking for an individual who effectively will deliver entrepreneurial Front of House operations with a strong focus on sustainability and cutting-edge technology. For us, there is 'inside the box', there is 'outside the box' and then there are our OtherHouseMates - passionate, self-driven and completely comfortable with pushing the boundaries.

About you - We are looking for someone who has:

strong leadership abilities and organisational skills

an entrepreneurial personality, thinking outside of the box and able to drive change and look for operational efficiencies/synergies

ideally previous experience in a Front of House reception role

a creative spark that will leave a lasting impression

the flair for intuitive service

excellent command of English - both verbal and written

a second language (preferred but not essential)

a positive, engaging personality

good interpersonal skills

strong task and time management abilities

the right to work in UK
