  • Provide seamless support to our team members, ensuring smooth operations in their absence.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for office occupants, fostering positive relationships and assisting with inquiries.
  • Collaborate effectively with various departments to deliver exceptional guest service across all areas.
  • Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer additional services to enhance their experience.
  • Maintain the highest standards of Rapport and our client's expectations, upholding their values and principles.
Desired Qualifications:

We seek a candidate with 1-2 years of receptionist experience who possesses exceptional interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for guest service.

Previous experience in luxury hospitality, premium airlines, or corporate settings is highly valued.

  • Strong communication skills in English are essential.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal abilities are crucial for success in this role.
