Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Corporate Receptionist to join our team at Next Employment. As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and ensuring the smooth operation of our reception area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for the business, greeting clients and visitors, and offering refreshments
  • Manage meeting room bookings and prepare meeting rooms for meetings and conferences
  • Handle administrative tasks, including updating data and information onto in-house systems
  • Deal with email queries and provide timely responses
  • Work collaboratively with other Receptionists to ensure the efficient operation of the reception area

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service skills with a client-centric attitude
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing tasks and deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Flexible approach to working hours and willingness to adapt to changing priorities
  • Previous experience in a corporate reception or front of house role
