Job Summary
Rapport Guest Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Receptionist to join our team. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a warm and welcoming experience for all guests and clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
- Manage all incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and correspondence in a timely and efficient manner.
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings, events, and conferences, ensuring seamless execution and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
- Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and services, providing accurate and timely information to guests and clients.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless communication and delivery of services.
- Adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a corporate reception or customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
