Portico Corporate Reception Management is seeking a highly organized and professional Receptionist to join our team. This role is based in a dynamic environment, where you will represent a prestigious American hedge fund.
The Receptionist will play a crucial role in delivering a welcoming experience to all visitors and staff. As the first point of contact, you will set a positive tone for our client's office, utilizing your friendly demeanor and engaging personality to establish rapport with everyone you encounter.
In addition to greeting guests, you will oversee the efficient operation of meeting room services. This includes managing bookings, coordinating with facilities coordinators, and ensuring a seamless experience for all users of the space.
Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, with rotational shifts between 7:30 AM and 6 PM, Monday to Friday.
Salary: £30,000-£32,000, commensurate with experience.
We require candidates to have:
- Experience in customer service within a fast-paced setting.
- Prior experience in a corporate reception role is preferred.
