Job Opportunity

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized Corporate Receptionist to join our team on a temporary basis. As a Cover Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients and colleagues in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a warm and welcoming experience for clients and visitors
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and letters
  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, as required
  • Perform a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry and filing
  • Assist with special projects and events, as needed

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • High level of organization and attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Previous experience in a corporate reception environment, preferably in a hotel or similar setting
