About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Guest Service Team Leader to join our dynamic team at Rapport Guest Services, a specialist company providing corporate organisations with fully managed front and back of house guest services.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional client care by greeting guests promptly and professionally, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
- Manage all daily operational aspects of the guest services, including ground floor reception and meeting room management, with a focus on efficiency and flexibility.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of service delivery, ensuring consistency and excellence at all times.
- Develop effective working relationships with clients, key stakeholders, and service providers, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
- Manage complaints and concerns, liaising with relevant departments and escalating to management as necessary.
- Support with performance reviews, individual Personal Development Plans, rota management, and other HR-related aspects, including recruitment and onboarding.
- Support new team members with training, coaching, and team engagement activities, promoting a one-team approach.
Requirements

- At least one year of customer service and team leadership experience in a similar environment.
- Be upbeat, organised, self-confident, and able to adapt to changing situations.

- Be able to manage and motivate the team, ensuring client needs and visitors are met.
- Possess excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
