Job Title: Guest Services Team Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Guest Services Team Leader to join our team at Portico. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the ticketing system, supervising a team of Welcome Hosts, and ensuring exceptional customer service is delivered to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the ticketing system and ensure seamless operations
  • Supervise and motivate a team of Welcome Hosts to deliver outstanding customer service
  • Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with service lines to ensure a seamless guest experience
  • Work closely with the Guest Services Manager to achieve operational goals and objectives
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in supervising the delivery of outstanding service in a busy public space or fast-paced venue environment
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Knowledge of using ticketing systems is highly desirable
