Description

  • Monitor and analyse regulatory developments relevant to our business and ensure timely implementation of necessary changes.
  • Conduct regular compliance audits and assessments to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Support the development and maintenance of compliance policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of regulatory reports.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Provide training and guidance to staff on compliance matters.
  • Investigate and resolve compliance issues, escalating as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of compliance activities.

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience in a compliance role, preferably within the financial services or fintech sector.
  • Strong understanding of UK financial regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organisational abilities.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with compliance software tools.
