AJ FOX COMPLIANCE is seeking a Senior Compliance Analyst to enhance our dedicated team. This position is integral to supporting the conflicts division, collaborating closely with senior personnel and various departments. In this capacity, you will uphold exceptional service standards for our clients, oversee all regulatory components essential for the firm's seamless operation, and ensure adherence to best practices.

This opportunity is ideal for individuals with a sincere passion for risk and compliance, backed by a minimum of three years of experience in a legal setting. Previous exposure to conflict searches, AML inquiries, and CDD processes will be highly advantageous. A solid grasp of the SRA Standards and Regulations is beneficial but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform conflict checks for both new and existing clients or client matters.
  • Maintain comprehensive client and matter files.
  • Review and respond to firm-wide conflict and AML-related inquiries from a quality assurance perspective.
  • Escalate conflict-related issues as necessary.
  • Collaborate with staff across the firm.
  • Assist in delegating tasks and responsibilities.
  • Provide training, support, and mentorship to junior team members.
  • Offer constructive feedback regarding team objectives and process enhancements.
