About the Role

A leading compliance firm, AJ FOX COMPLIANCE, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Conflicts Analyst to join their team in London. The primary objective of this position is to oversee conflicts analysis, guide junior staff, and contribute to the development of new business intake policies.

This role is ideal for an experienced professional with a strong background in conflicts analysis within a large, international law firm. Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with compliance teams to identify potential conflicts and develop strategies for resolution
  • Liaising with firm-wide staff on conflicts analysis and resolution, ensuring seamless communication and coordination
  • Clearing conflicts checks, particularly those with complex results, and providing expert guidance to junior colleagues
  • Updating the firm's client databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
  • Ensuring firm-wide adherence to policies and procedures, promoting a culture of compliance and risk management
  • Delivering conflicts-based training to junior colleagues, enhancing their skills and knowledge in conflicts analysis and resolution

A strong understanding of relevant professional procedures and guidelines, as well as prior experience with Intapp, is highly desirable for this role.
