Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform conflict checks for both new and existing clients/client matters
  • Maintain comprehensive client/matter documentation
  • Review and respond to firm-wide conflict/AML-related inquiries from a quality assurance perspective
  • Escalate conflict issues as necessary
  • Collaborate with staff across the firm
  • Assist in the delegation of tasks and responsibilities
  • Provide training, support, and mentorship to junior team members
  • Offer feedback on team objectives and suggest process enhancements
