AML Compliance Analyst

We are seeking a dedicated AML Compliance Analyst to enhance our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the comprehensive investigations process related to financial crimes, specifically focusing on European cases. This position involves conducting thorough reviews of transaction data to identify potentially illicit activities. Candidates with a degree in law, finance, or business, along with a solid understanding of AML regulations and exceptional analytical capabilities, are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the investigation of financial crime cases and the submission of Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) and Suspicious Transaction Reports (STRs)
  • Perform detailed analyses of transaction data to uncover suspicious patterns
  • Provide insights and recommendations regarding SAR/STR filings
  • Engage with regional teams and business partners to ensure compliance
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in law, finance, or business
  • AML certification or relevant accreditation is advantageous
  • In-depth knowledge of AML compliance regulations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Work Environment

This position operates within a structured work schedule, typically from 9 am to 6 pm, Monday through Friday.
