Description

  • Monitor and assess compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Review of Financial Promotions.
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure adherence to compliance standards.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures.
  • Provide compliance advice and support to various business units.
  • Prepare and submit regulatory filings and reports.
  • Investigate and resolve compliance issues and breaches.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in relevant laws and regulations.

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business, or a related field (desirable).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a compliance role within the investment management industry or other related field.
  • Strong knowledge of UK financial regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Relevant compliance certifications (e.g., ICA, CISI) are a plus.
