Compliance Analyst Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Analyst to join our team in the Americas region, covering the Cayman, Bermuda, and BVI offices. As a key member of our Compliance team, you will play a critical role in supporting our global operations and ensuring compliance with anti-money laundering, counter terrorist financing, and sanctions risk regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess AML/CTF risks and determine applicable Client Due Diligence requirements for new clients and matters.
  • Provide practical advice and assistance to fee-earners and other professional staff on AML/CTF obligations.
  • Conduct screening to identify politically exposed persons, sanctions issues, and other regulatory and reputational risks.
  • Assist with the preparation of training materials and deliver training for compliance team members and employees across the Americas region.
  • Support the Senior Business Acceptance Manager with local, regional, and global compliance projects.
Requirements

We are looking for a graduate with experience in an international function with a focus on AML and other financial crime, preferably in a law firm environment. You will have excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
