Position Overview

Role: Regulatory Compliance Analyst | Company: Finitas | Location: London/Hybrid | Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 (dependent on experience)

Finitas is pleased to announce an exciting opportunity for a Regulatory Compliance Analyst to join a dynamic Lloyd's broker. This role is pivotal in ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and enhancing compliance frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting comprehensive thematic assessments to identify potential compliance risks.
  • Providing insightful recommendations based on findings to enhance compliance practices.
  • Generating management information reports to support decision-making processes.
  • Assisting in company-wide regulatory initiatives and projects.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience within an Insurance Brokerage, insurer, or Managing General Agent (MGA).
  • A minimum of two years in a compliance monitoring or audit capacity.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and produce management reports.
  • In-depth knowledge of FCA regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a talent for building relationships across various organizational levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.

Additional Information:

This role requires weekly travel to the London office, along with occasional regional travel, which will be reimbursed.
