AJ FOX COMPLIANCE is seeking a Senior Compliance Analyst to enhance our dedicated team. This position plays a crucial role in supporting the conflicts department, collaborating with senior personnel and various divisions within the firm. Your primary responsibility will be to uphold exceptional service standards for our clients, oversee all regulatory components essential for the firm's efficient functioning, and ensure adherence to best practices.

This opportunity is ideal for individuals with a sincere passion for risk management and compliance, backed by a minimum of three years of experience in a legal context. Familiarity with conflict searches, AML inquiries, and CDD processes will be highly advantageous. A solid grasp of the SRA Standards and Regulations is beneficial but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform conflict checks for both new and existing clients and matters
  • Maintain comprehensive client and matter documentation
  • Evaluate and respond to firm-wide conflict and AML-related inquiries from a quality assurance perspective
  • Identify and escalate conflict issues as necessary
  • Collaborate with staff across the firm
  • Assist in the delegation of tasks and responsibilities
  • Offer training, support, and mentorship to junior team members
  • Provide insights regarding team objectives and potential process enhancements
