Gibbs Hybrid is seeking a skilled Lead Benefits Analyst with comprehensive expertise in EMEA and UK benefits to support a prominent technology organization.
This role allows for full remote work within the UK.
Oversee the benefits administration across 9 European nations (Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, Switzerland, United Kingdom, and Sweden), with a significant emphasis on the UK.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing benefits renewals and conducting audits of benefits communications.
- Facilitating communications regarding enrollment periods and any necessary updates for employees (across EMEA and the UK).
- Grasping the distinctions and subtleties between the US/UK market and other EU countries, focusing on operations, administration, and policy formulation.
Key Qualifications:
- Experience in benefits administration and analysis for the UK and Europe.
- Proficiency in benefits renewals and enrollment communications.
- Expertise in benefits operations and policy development.
- Ability to support both the EU and UK markets.
- Experience liaising with teams in the US, particularly in the East Coast time zone.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced work environment.
- Familiarity with supporting benefits across various EU nations.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Cultural sensitivity and an open-minded approach when collaborating with international teams.
- Capability to navigate uncertainties and propose viable alternative solutions to business challenges.
