The Opportunity

Nutanix is seeking a skilled Total Rewards Analyst to join our EMEA team. As a key member of our Total Rewards team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing benefit plans for employees in the EMEA region.

This role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact within the Total Rewards team while enjoying a stable work schedule with no travel requirements. You will work closely with the People Team to ensure alignment with company benefit strategy, policy, and governance, as well as compliance with local statutory requirements.

Your Role
  • Design and develop benefit plans for employees in the EMEA region, ensuring alignment with company strategy and compliance with local regulations.
  • Manage day-to-day plan operations and address escalated questions regarding benefit issues.
  • Partner with the People Team to ensure effective communication and implementation of benefit programs.
  • Facilitate plan renewals and partner with stakeholders to remarket benefit programs.
  • Participate in benefits surveys and benchmarking to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Track and analyze benefit program data to inform decision-making and drive process improvements.
  • Develop and implement employee communications and leverage digital platforms to reach audiences effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful outcomes for programs and projects.
What We're Looking For
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in EMEA benefit program management and working with third-party vendors.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and drive successful outcomes.
  • Proficiency in Windows-based applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, as well as Workday.
