We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Benefits Specialist to join our EMEA team. As a key member of our Benefits and Pensions Team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the administration, delivery, and implementation of UK and wider EMEA and APAC benefit plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to benefit and HR queries from employees, managers, and external vendors
- Participate in plan renewal, coordinate and provide data to various vendors and providers
- Oversee membership across a variety of benefit plans, ensuring compliance with HR policy and procedures
- Support employee communications via email, the intranet, and summary documents
- Ensure accurate and timely payment of invoices and keep track of annual spend in line with budget
- Work with existing and new vendors to support the vendor risk assessment process
- Contribute to regular benchmarking, identifying areas for improvement, and working with existing or new vendors to improve the overall benefits package
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience in a Benefits/Reward function or HR administration
- Ability to work collaboratively across the Human Resources and global Benefits team
- Enthusiastic, with a positive "can do" attitude and a methodical approach to problem-solving
- Organized, efficient, and able to work to deadlines
- Confidence & self-initiative to work independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (including Excel)
