About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Benefits Specialist to join our EMEA team. As a key member of our Benefits and Pensions Team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the administration, delivery, and implementation of UK and wider EMEA and APAC benefit plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to benefit and HR queries from employees, managers, and external vendors
  • Participate in plan renewal, coordinate and provide data to various vendors and providers
  • Oversee membership across a variety of benefit plans, ensuring compliance with HR policy and procedures
  • Support employee communications via email, the intranet, and summary documents
  • Ensure accurate and timely payment of invoices and keep track of annual spend in line with budget
  • Work with existing and new vendors to support the vendor risk assessment process
  • Contribute to regular benchmarking, identifying areas for improvement, and working with existing or new vendors to improve the overall benefits package

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience in a Benefits/Reward function or HR administration
  • Ability to work collaboratively across the Human Resources and global Benefits team
  • Enthusiastic, with a positive "can do" attitude and a methodical approach to problem-solving
  • Organized, efficient, and able to work to deadlines
  • Confidence & self-initiative to work independently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (including Excel)
