Job Title: Senior Benefits Analyst EMEA

We are seeking an experienced Senior Benefits Analyst to join our team in EMEA. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the administration of employee benefits in the Human Resources department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administering employee benefits programmes and ensuring their compliance with legal requirements across EMEA
  • Conducting benefits orientations and explaining benefits self-enrolment system
  • Developing benefits information and statistical and census data for actuaries, insurance carriers, and management
  • Coordinating daily benefits processing and handling benefits inquiries and complaints
  • Assisting with the design of company benefit policies
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Strong knowledge of benefits administration and related laws across EMEA
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
What We Offer:
  • An attractive hourly rate (inside IR35 and inclusive of holiday pay) of c. £35 per hour - PAYE only
