Working closely with Global Head of PB WM & Business Lending, you will lead a global team supporting the global steering of the PB's X billion WM & Business Lending book from a strategic, financial, risk and operational perspective.

You will form part of the Banking Lending & Investment Solutions (BLIS) COO leadership team as direct report of the BLIS COO.

The role offers the opportunity to shape further development of WM and Business Lending solutions as a key pillar of the PB's product strategy and requires a strong focus on risk oversight and process & cost optimisation.

This role provides a platform for hands-on collaboration with senior PB management across regions as well as senior stakeholders in coverage and support functions across the Bank.

  • Overseeing and leading related implementation and process optimisation efforts both on a global and regional level
  • Support translation of strategic priorities into a financial ambition and facilitate the annual planning process
  • Ensure oversight of Cost/Full time equivalent (FTE) management and ongoing cost, FTE, monitoring and forecasting, management of resource allocation / approval processes as well as identification, detailing and execution of cost improvement measures
  • Ensure awareness of and strict adherence to the regulatory framework and applicable Bank policies and procedures
  • Facilitate key Human Resources processes such as hiring, talent development, target setting, performance appraisal, and compensation Your skills and experience
  • Educated to Bachelor's degree level or equivalent qualification/relevant work experience
  • Knowledge in Wealth Management & Business Lending products, good understanding of credit risk and control frameworks as well as related regulation
  • Successful track record in change management and leadership of project teams combined with a mindset of continuous improvement
  • Strong people leadership skills with proven ability to lead global teams effectively
  • Self-motivated, goal orientated and proactive with a 'can do' attitude and the ability to meet tight deadlines and ability to multi-task
