About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Private Banking Relationship Manager to join our team at Handelsbanken. As a key member of our branch, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our private banking customers, providing exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Main Responsibilities
  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with private banking customers, understanding their financial needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their goals.
  • Portfolio Development: Identify opportunities to grow our customer base and increase revenue through targeted business development activities, such as networking events and introductions.
  • Lending and Risk Management: Evaluate lending propositions, assess and formulate risk ratings correctly, and structure transactions to meet customer needs while ensuring compliance with Bank policies.
  • Administrative and Compliance: Complete credit applications and credit annual reviews, prepare and review legal documentation, and ensure adherence to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the branch team to ensure excellent customer service, maintain good administrative order, and achieve business plan goals.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven track record in relationship and portfolio management, with experience in lending to private banking customers and a strong understanding of the Bank's suite of private banking products.
  • Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong professional relationships at all levels. Strong business development capabilities, with a focus on driving business growth and revenue.
  • Personal Qualities: Strong team player, flexible, proactive, and conscientious, with a positive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
