Banking Circle is a leading provider of payments solutions, and we're seeking a skilled Relationship Manager to join our Sales team in London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for cultivating relationships with our institutional clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth through upsells and cross-sells.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with our institutional clients, understanding their needs and strategies and identifying opportunities to support their growth.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, working closely with internal stakeholders to develop and execute sales strategies.
  3. Ensure high-quality communication with clients and internal stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  4. Develop and maintain account management plans, including quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to ensure alignment with client goals and objectives.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams, including product, compliance, legal, AML, and operations, to understand client requirements and champion their needs internally.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in relationship management, preferably in the payments, banking, or financial services industry. You will also have a strong track record of leading and growing high-value brands or accounts, with a focus on revenue and upsell opportunities.

We're looking for someone who is fluent in English, both verbally and in writing, and who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
