Client Relationship Manager

Adeva Partners is seeking a seasoned Client Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Client Services department, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their training programs are executed flawlessly, and driving growth opportunities within their accounts.
Key Responsibilities:- Client Relationship Management: Develop and sustain strong relationships with assigned clients, serving as the primary point of contact for all client-related matters.
- Program Management: Oversee the planning and execution of training programs for clients, ensuring they meet client expectations and are delivered on time.
- Internal Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver high-quality programs consistently and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the team.
- 5+ years of experience in a client-facing role, ideally in a senior capacity.
- Strong relationship management and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to identify growth opportunities within accounts.
- Ability to work independently and lead client engagements with minimal supervision.
