PRIVATE BANKING CLIENT ADVISOR

We are currently in search of a Private Banking Client Advisor to join our dedicated team on a full-time, permanent basis. You will collaborate closely with our Private Bankers to enhance client relationships and provide exceptional service.

YOUR DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Engage with clients, articulating our current offerings and executing their requests with precision.
  • Foster relationships with Private Banking clients to identify their banking requirements.
  • Establish various types of new client accounts and manage account administration tasks, including transfers and debit card management.
  • Oversee lending agreements to ensure appropriate security measures are in place, including the management of outstanding debts.
  • Initiate debt recovery processes and coordinate with designated officers.
  • Prepare credit applications and relevant lending documentation.

WHAT WE SEEK

  • Exceptional communication skills are crucial, as you will be the primary point of contact for our clients.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines are essential.
  • Experience in client-facing roles is necessary, as you will interact with clients via phone and email regularly.
  • A solid understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel is required for this position.
  • Prior experience in the banking sector would be beneficial.
