services to potential clients and address initial inquiries, fostering engagement with Apollo.
- Generate detailed, precise, and transparent Suitability Reports covering diverse topics such as Pensions, Investments, Retirement, Inheritance Tax, and Protection.
- Evaluate initial fact-finding and case quality, providing constructive feedback to advisers before initiating case work.
- Meticulously maintain back-office documentation related to paraplanning, ensuring client files comply with all regulatory and organizational standards.
- Stay informed on SJP procedural updates arising from technical, legislative, and regulatory changes.
- Coordinate with external providers to gather additional information as necessary.
- Collaborate with SJP's internal compliance team (Business Assurance) to ensure cases are classified as Suitable on the first review – for all checked cases – both prior to and following approval.
- Adhere to internal Service Level Agreements for the timely delivery of compliant advice.
- Engage in business development by cultivating relationships with new clients and identifying their financial planning requirements on behalf of the Wealth Adviser.
- Focus on personal growth by achieving your Level 4 qualification within a year and enhancing your skills and experience as an Adviser.
To excel in this position, you should possess the following attributes:
- A strong ambition to transition into a Financial Adviser role within the next 2-3 years.
- A relentless drive and determination.
- Part Qualified in Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning.
- Experience in paraplanning or Business Development.
- A background in the financial advice sector.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- A keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Sales acumen.
- A collaborative team spirit.
