About the Role: IPOE Consulting is seeking to hire two Private Banking Assistants to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the role and contribute to our commitment to excellence in client service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide essential support to the team, ensuring a high standard of service for Private Banking clients.
  • Assist Relationship Managers (RMs) in developing marketing materials and organizing business travel.
  • Coordinate with the Operations team regarding client transfers and other requests.
  • Oversee all activities related to client accounts, including ordering cheque books and cards.
  • Track Fixed Deposit maturity dates and manage renewals as per client directives.
  • Support various special projects as assigned.
  • Maintain physical and digital filing systems, along with general administrative tasks for Private Banking.
  • Handle client inquiries and meetings in the absence of a Relationship Manager.
  • Facilitate the opening of new accounts, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
  • Assist RMs in keeping KYC information current and monitoring for AML compliance.
  • Accurately maintain and update client records.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in Banking.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain accuracy, organization, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Self-motivated with strong prioritization skills.
  • Task-oriented with a proven track record of meeting targets and deadlines.
  • Exceptional time management skills, capable of working effectively under pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail, as precision is crucial in this role.
