Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Provide all-round administrative skills, including diary management, client liaison, meeting scheduling, preparing briefing packs for client meetings, and liaising with stakeholders.
- Client Onboarding: Efficiently handle all KYC requests and onboarding processes for new clients, service providers, and counterparties, ensuring client documentation is stored securely on our company system.
- Compliance Support: Support our firm's compliance activities, ensuring all regulatory requirements are met.
- Project Support: Assist the CEO with ad hoc projects, including HR and recruitment, people management, event organization, and other tasks as required.
- Accounting Support: Assist with accounting functions, including invoices, accounts receivable, and payable.
Requirements:
- Italian Language Skills: Highly desirable, but not essential.
- Administrative Skills: Strong administrative skills are essential, including diary management, scheduling, coordinating itineraries, and other related tasks.
- Private Banking Experience: Previous experience working within private banking and/or fund/asset management is highly desirable.
- Autonomy and Proactivity: Must be seeking a dynamic role where you will be given autonomy over your work and be proactive in contributing to the success of our team.
- Qualifications: Level 4 CISI or Investment Management Qualification is highly desirable.
