About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Sponsorship Operations Coordinator to join our team at Private Equity Insights. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our sponsorship operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service and support throughout the sponsorship process.
  • Sponsor Alignment: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure sponsor expectations are met, from pre-sale to post-sale.
  • Event Support: Provide daily support to sponsors, facilitating their registration and ensuring a seamless event experience.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, contracts, and agreements using our CRM system.
  • Knowledge Base: Develop and maintain an internal knowledge base, supporting the onboarding of new clients and ensuring a high level of service.
  • Feedback and Improvement: Collect feedback from clients post-event to evaluate satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Ownership and Proactivity: Take ownership of tasks and projects, demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Organization and Attention to Detail: Display excellent organizational skills, with a focus on attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Education and Experience: Possess a bachelor's or master's degree with outstanding results, and relevant experience in client management, operations, or customer success roles.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software and Google Docs Editors suite.
