We Are Aspire Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Sponsorship Delivery Manager to join our London-based team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational execution of sponsorships for a major European event, with opportunities to support global events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the operational execution of sponsorships, ensuring seamless delivery and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with sponsors, sales, and operations teams to develop and implement effective sponsorship strategies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with sponsors, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Manage budgets and financials related to sponsorship operations, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to sponsor inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in budget management and sponsor operations (3+ years).
- 2+ years of line management experience required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with sponsors and internal stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of up to £50K, depending on experience.
- Flexible working arrangements, including 1 day a week in our Central London office.
- 25 days annual leave + bank holidays, with the opportunity to buy and sell 5 days of holiday.
