Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Partnerships Account Manager to join our ambitious partnerships team at the European Sponsorship Association. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing high-value partnerships, as well as leading the team in strategic partnership development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive partner engagement and activation, creating best-in-class experiences and case studies.
  • Develop and implement partnership strategies to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Manage partnership budgets, reporting, and relationship building.
  • Lead by example, championing the partnerships team internally and externally, and acting as an ambassador for the European Sponsorship Association.

Requirements

  • Strategic thinking and a passion for working with big brands in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent relationship management skills with an acute attention to detail.
  • Experience in successfully managing partnerships and building best-in-class servicing processes.
