* Developing and implementing customized partnership programs to drive sales and growth

* Building and maintaining strong relationships with partners to ensure mutual success

* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities

Requirements:

* 7-10 years of experience in alliance management, partnership development, or business growth

* MBA or Master's degree in Business Management (or related field)

* Proven track record of success in developing and maintaining strategic partnerships

* Strong understanding of the Pharmaceutical industry and its trends

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
