About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Partnership Manager to join our team at Amicable Customer Materials incorporated. As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a critical role in building and growing our partnerships to enhance our market presence and deliver value to new customers.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in partnerships roles, with experience in building and managing a pipeline of partners and contributing to the development of partnerships strategy. You will be able to assess what makes a good commercial partnership and develop the vision for each partner relationship, uncovering opportunities using market and product insights.

You will be responsible for defining and evolving our partnerships strategy, identifying and engaging new potential partners, nurturing a portfolio of partnerships throughout their pipeline journey, and leading commercial and legal negotiations with potential partners. You will also work closely with other business functions to develop partnership propositions, prepare marketing materials, and onboard new partners.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Define and evolve our partnerships strategy, including identifying and engaging new potential partners.
  2. Nurture a portfolio of partnerships throughout their pipeline journey, from pitching to building long-term relationships.
  3. Lead commercial and legal negotiations with potential partners, putting partnership agreements in place.
  4. Develop our partnership and affiliate program, building attractive and commercially sound propositions that drive business growth.
  5. Monitor and manage partners, designing innovative solutions to maximize performance and reporting to internal stakeholders.
  6. Work with other business functions to develop partnership propositions, prepare marketing materials, and onboard new partners.
Requirements
  1. Proven success in partnerships roles, with experience in building and managing a pipeline of partners.
  2. Ability to assess what makes a good commercial partnership and develop the vision for each partner relationship.
  3. Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to work autonomously and take accountability for your workload.
  4. Experience of managing the full partner or account life cycle, from finding and developing the relationship to finalizing agreements and managing ongoing relationships.
