Job Description

The European Sponsorship Association is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Sponsorship professional to join our team. As a key member of our Commercial team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of commercial sponsorship strategies to drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement commercial sponsorship strategies to drive business growth and revenue
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including sponsors, partners, and internal teams
  • Manage and negotiate sponsorship agreements to ensure maximum value for the organization
  • Monitor and report on sponsorship performance, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sponsorship activation plans
Requirements
  • Proven experience in commercial sponsorship, with a strong track record of success
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Knowledge of sponsorship industry trends and best practices
