Job Description

Job Summary

The European Sponsorship Association is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Sponsorship Director to lead our commercial sponsorship efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive sponsorship strategy that aligns with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a sponsorship strategy that maximizes revenue and brand awareness.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including sponsors, partners, and industry experts.
  • Manage and negotiate sponsorship agreements, ensuring that they meet our business needs and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sponsorship activation plans.
  • Monitor and analyze sponsorship performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to inform our sponsorship strategy.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in commercial sponsorship, with a strong track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and partnership.
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of the sponsorship industry and its trends.
