About the Role

The Private Equity Recruitment team is seeking an experienced Operations Associate to join our client, a leading private equity fund. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a broad range of operational aspects, including IT/systems maintenance, compliance, finance, marketing, and HR.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Ensure company compliance and corporate governance matters are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner.
  2. Maintain and develop IT systems and CRM to support business operations.
  3. Oversee operational aspects of the employee lifecycle, including global mobility, systems implementation, and onboarding/offboarding procedures.
  4. Assist with transaction records, process maintenance, and project cost reconciliation.
  5. Act as a central coordinator for compliance, HR, accounting, and broader operations across the firm.

Requirements

  1. Previous experience in a similar operations role, ideally within the Private Markets/investment advisory space.
  2. Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  3. High level of proficiency in MS Office/Excel.
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines while under pressure.
  5. Strong communication skills and excellent work ethic.
