About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Associate to join our team at Cubitts. As an Operations Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business, supporting our retail stores, digital site, and customer experience teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Order Fulfillment: Ensure that orders are processed and dispatched in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Inventory Management: Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels, ensuring that stock is available to meet customer demand.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Coordinate with suppliers and logistics providers to ensure seamless delivery of products.
  • Quality Control: Conduct quality checks on products to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other teams, including retail stores, customer service, and lab and order management, to resolve issues and improve processes.
