Operations Associate

Gopuff is seeking a highly motivated Operations Associate to join our team. As an Operations Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and delivery services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers
  • Receive product from vendors, verify inventory, and resolve discrepancies
  • Manage inventory levels and re-shelve canceled orders
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
  • Ensure compliance with FIFO practices for waste and spoilage management
  • Communicate with customers regarding substituted or out-of-stock items
Requirements:
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Previous experience in a restaurant, retail, or warehouse environment (preferred)
  • Ability to work a fluid schedule, including peak hours of 5pm - 2am
  • Basic working knowledge of web-based software applications (e.g. Google G-Suite)
  • Ability to lift up to 20lbs. repetitively
