Operations Associate

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Associate to join our team at PER, Private Equity Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a broad range of operational aspects, including IT/systems maintenance, compliance, finance, marketing, and HR.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure company compliance and corporate governance matters are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintain and develop IT systems and CRM to support business growth
  • Oversee operational aspects of the employee lifecycle, including global mobility, systems implementation, and onboarding/offboarding procedures
  • Assist with transaction records, process maintenance, and project cost reconciliation
  • Act as a central coordinator for compliance, HR, accounting, and broader operations across the firm
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar operations role, ideally within the Private Markets/investment advisory space
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • High level of proficiency in MS Office/Excel
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines while under pressure
  • Strong communication skills and excellent work ethic
