About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Associate to join our team at Cubitts. As an Operations Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting our retail stores, digital site, and customer experience teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare spectacle frames to the highest possible standards, ensuring quality and accuracy.
  • Work closely with other teams, including retail stores, customer service, lab, and order management, to resolve issues and improve processes.
  • Manage dispatch and shipping stations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of spectacles to customers.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and set priorities.
  • Act as an ambassador for Cubitts, promoting our mission and values to colleagues and customers.

Contract

Full-time, 40 hours. Brewery Road HQ. Includes weekend working.

Salary

London Living Wage employer. £13.15 per hour.
