Job SummaryWe're looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Operations Associate to support our customers - local SMEs - while they use our Local Delivery Platform. If you're passionate about helping people and solving problems, and you would enjoy helping business owners succeed, this is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries and requests via chat and email.
- Take an active role in specific customer service, product, and operations-related projects.
- Highly motivated, flexible, proactive, and adaptable to change.
- Ability to work in shifts during operating hours (8am-8pm), with a commitment to 20 hours per week.
- Opportunity for growth and progression within the company based on performance.
- 25 leave days (pro-rated for part-time).
