About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Private Banking professional to join our team at Metro Bank. As a Lead Private Banking Director, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to High-Net-Worth individuals, focusing on relationship management and building long-term relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized banking solutions to High-Net-Worth individuals, including complex lending and savings requirements.
  • Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients and grow existing relationships.
  • Work closely with underwriters and credit committees to present borrowing requirements and ensure seamless client onboarding.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service and meet business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and risk management.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Private Banking or a related field, with a strong understanding of High-Net-Worth client needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Knowledge of risk management principles and regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
