We are part of United Media, which focuses on building large-scale industry media and conferences products in sectors such as insurance, HR, private equity, retail, and more. Our portfolio includes 8 organically launched media companies and 1 acquisition.
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Director to join our team. As a key player in building our brand, you will be responsible for taking ownership of all aspects of the recruitment process, including role profiling, candidate sourcing, CV screening, assessment planning, creating interview scripts, and conducting interviews.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy to attract top talent in the Private Equity industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
- Design and implement effective recruitment processes, including role profiling, candidate sourcing, and CV screening.
- Collaborate with the CEO to develop and execute a recruiting strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
- Provide regular recruitment metrics and insights to inform business decisions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the Private Equity industry and its key players.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
