This is a great opportunity for a keen listener of spoken word content, and a big reader, to work with a friendly, supportive and award-winning team in the fastest-growing area of the publishing industry.

HarperCollins is looking for a new Audio Editorial Assistant to support the Audio Publishing Director in delivering our best-in-class audiobook publishing programme, which covers everything from thrillers to personal development titles, fantasy to celebrity memoirs, romance to health and fitness.

This is a fun and varied role working across a range of commercial fiction and non-fiction, delivering on our Total Audio commitment (we are proud to release an audiobook edition of every narrative print book we publish, on the same publication date as the title's other formats).

We are looking for someone with outstanding attention to detail, first-rate administrative and organisational skills, and a proactive, collaborative approach to work. The successful candidate will work closely with in-house colleagues and external partners to make sure our recordings run smoothly and projects are produced to the highest quality, on time and to budget.

Please note that this is not a hands-on studio production role.

Key tasks
