The Internal Controls Compliance Assurance (ICCA) team is responsible for maintaining, advising and providing assurance to senior management over the Group's overall internal controls across the different markets (UK & Ireland, Italy and Germany). We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Team Administrator to join the Sky Internal Controls Compliance Assurance (ICCA) team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in managing the administrative activities essential to the smooth functioning of the ICCA team. Reporting to the Sky ICCA Senior Manager, your role will include managing a number of ad hoc activities in support of both the managers and ICCA Senior Manager including the day to day management of the internal controls tool, Pentana. What you'll do:
  • Support ICCA Management on the quarterly attestation activities (CRSA, DCC and s302) including processing changes to internal controls on the Pentana tool, sending daily status reports to business stakeholders, setting & resetting the system during the attestation window and responding to user queries.
  • Addition and removal of users on the attestation tools (Pentana and Workiva)
  • Train new users within ICCA on the use of Pentana and Workiva as well as maintaining the user guides sent to owners across the business.
  • Preparation of control attestation results for review by ICCA Management
  • Facilitating travel arrangements of ICCA Management including booking trips and processing team expenses on Concur
  • Issuance and filing of assurance memos produced by ICCA
  • Administration of starters and leavers within the ICCA team including ordering/ returning of technology kits, ordering employee passes and facilitation of onboarding.
  • General administrative activities such as raising purchase orders, scheduling team meetings, booking meeting rooms and visitor passes.
